The Wrist Restrictor is an easy-to-use training aid that can be worn to restrict or enhance wrist rotation during the bowling release. Topping the ball, or over-rotating, at the point of release drastically affects the movement of the ball down lane. The Wrist Restrictor will help sync wrist and elbow through the release to correct over rotation. A backup ball release is a clockwise (RH) or counter clockwise (LH) rotation of the wrist which is opposite of a traditional hook. The Wrist Restrictor helps sync the movement of elbow and wrist limiting rotation and correcting back up ball release.

The best product on the market

I use this product with every level of bowler. It is the best tool I have used in a longtime that allows the bowler to be underneath the ball a little easier and will not allow them to get over the top of the ball.

I just bought the wrist restrictor and my question is very simple.
Is it approved or allowed to compete, or can you only train with it?
Lori Mraz –
Yes, Wrist Restrictor can be worn during competition and also as a training aid.

I’m 63 years old and just getting started bowling again after 25 years. I”m having trouble turning the ball backwards on the back swing. Will this help for that?

Working well so far for the most part, but my only suggestion/complaint would be that if the bowler has larger than normal forearms, that a bit wider forearm band be made available. My strap kept popping off the band during bowling, which was very distracting..
