I have hyper mobility in my elbows so in my back swing my elbow hyper extends and caused inaccuracy and pain. I have been using the product for about 4 months and I love it! I cannot bowl without it, it works amazing! It definitely worth it especially if you have hyper mobility or just want some more control in your back swing!!
