Turbo Product Warranty

We take great pride and care in the quality and performance of 2-N-1 Grips Inc./Turbo accessory products and warranty our products free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase* with exception of specific Warranty For Tote/Case Products (see right). During the warranty period, 2-N-1 Grips Inc./Turbo will repair or replace, at its discretion, any product found to be defective in material and workmanship. 2-N-1 Grips Inc./Turbo shall not be responsible for any damaged caused by ball plugging, ball drilling of finger/thumb holes, damage caused by pinsetters, ball returns, gutters, ball cleaning and maintenance machines, use of any adhesive products not provided by 2-N-1 Grips Inc./Turbo or bowler abuse or negligence. This warranty does include cost of freight or any measuring or drilling services.

Turbo Bowling Tote Warranty

All Turbo travel totes have a 90 day limited warranty from date of consumer purchase.

Applicability:
This warranty applies when this product has been reasonably maintained and not subject to damage by misuse or abuse. This warranty does not cover damage incurred from transportation by commercial travel (air, train, bus, etc.) We will repair or replace under the terms of this warranty, any tote bag product offered by 2-N-1 Grip, Inc DBA Turbo Bowling Accessories which proves defective in materials and /or workmanship, with another product of equal value.

Registration:
This warranty becomes valid only after the Limited Warranty Registration Form (below) has been completed in full. The warranty is non-transferable and shall cover only domestically sold products and extend only to the original purchaser.

Warranty Work:
Turbo must perform all warranty work. Please do not return to your local retailer or distributor.

Return Authorization Number: A return Authorization number assigned by Turbo must accompany all returned product. Bags that are returned without a return authorization number may not be repaired or replaced.

Procedure:
Requests for repair, Return Authorization number, or additional warranty information should sent directly to Turbo by calling 800-530-9878.Any defective product returned for repair must be shipped prepaid to:

Turbo shall cover cost to ship repaired or replacement product to Purchaser.

Limitations, Exclusions:
There are no warranties other than those contained herein. This limited warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied, and of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of 2-N-1 Grips, Inc. 2-N-1 Grips Inc. assumes no other obligation or liability in connection with the sale or manufacture of its products.

Damages, Remedies:
Repair or replacement shall be the exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. Under no circumstances shall Turbo be liable by virtue of the warranty or otherwise for any special, indirect, secondary, incidental or consequential damage of any nature to any person or property arising directly or indirectly out of the use or inability to use a warranted product.
